There will be no comments allowed that advertise for a particular person or group. Comments should be limited to no longer than 3 minutes. The Commission may not respond to speakers during the call to the public. The Commission may direct the Staff to study the matter or request that the matter be placed on a future agenda.

ANY PERSON INTERFERING WITH THE MEETING IN ANY WAY, OR ACTING RUDELY OR LOUDLY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE MEETING AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RETURN.
